Resurgence!
Don’t you all love it when you are reminded why you train. I have been very consistant for 6 weeks now and I had a bad 3 day stretch. In the days of the old me I wouldn’t consider them bad days, but I have changed. I didn’t get to workout for 3 days straight and I had 3 bad meals. All the other 5 meals each day were good but I slipped up a little. I’ll tell you all something, I was pissed! I was so down on myself for letting my diet slip up. But this little slip up made me remember why I do what I do. I am going even harder now. I feel great!
