Rest
I finally got some rest. I got people to cover some shifts so I could have a a full day off. I have only had 4 days off in the last thirty days. I just needed some rest. I need time to sleep so my body to recover. I have been training really hard the last two weeks and sleep is so important. I am goining to do some cardio at the gym today and I finally feel rested to push it hard. I will have that 6 pack. I will. Good training to all and god bless.
