Resurgence!

Don’t you all love it when you are reminded why you train. I have been very consistant for 6 weeks now and I had a bad 3 day stretch. In the days of the old me I wouldn’t consider them bad days, but I have changed. I didn’t get to workout for 3 days straight and I had 3 bad meals. All the other 5 meals each day were good but I slipped up a little. I’ll tell you all something, I was pissed! I was so down on myself for letting my diet slip up. But this little slip up made me remember why I do what I do. I am going even harder now.  I feel great!

Waxy Maize

I just started taking waxy maize. Its a different kind of carb. Sugar free, pulls nutrients into muscles and bypasses digestion in the stomach. It made me feel kind of weird at first. I was kind of shakey. I went to the gym and it kinda went away. It wasn’t as bad when i had in my shake after the gym. We’ll see how it works. Good luck and Godbless

Suppossed Rest day.

My one rest day for the week is suppossed to be thursday. It is the only day i don’t train. But thursdays I work both my jobs. My stupid morning job has been scheduling 9 hr shifts. I;ve been up since 3am it sucks. Right now as I type i’m getting ready to go into my other job :( I don’t even feel like i’m resting. I have another 9hr shift starting tomorrow at 4 am so I have to go to bed asap when i get off work tonight. I hate this right now. Well, at least I have to jobs and some people don’t have any. Body responding!!!

So I have been training hard for about a month and my diet has been pretty spot on. I have noticed changes in the mirror such as looking a little bigger and a little trimmer at the same time. I haven’t gotten on the scale in a bout a month and today I did. I gained ten freakin pounds in a month! i am so happy. i am gonna up the food intake and keep it up and lets see what happens. I am very excited.

On a Roll….

I have been so consistant. It is awesome. I’m training so hard that I wish it was my job, so then I could do it more! I’m goona hit the gym right now, go for a run a little later and then get a massage. I hope training is going well for everyone, good luck and god bless.

Rest

Friday, February 6th, 2009

I finally got some rest. I got people to cover some shifts so I could have a a full day off. I have only had 4 days off in the last thirty days. I just needed some rest. I need time to sleep so my body to recover. I have been training really hard the last two weeks and sleep is so important. I am goining to do some cardio at the gym today and I finally feel rested to push it hard. I will have that 6 pack. I will. Good training to all and god bless.

2 a days

Tuesday, February 3rd, 2009

So I just started training 2 times/day. I weight train when I get off work and I run before i go to bed at night. Last night was the first night and it was difficult but I like a challenge. I really want to turn this 4 pack into a 6 pack for my wife by Valentines day. I think I can do it. Good luck and god bless everybody.
