New year, new set of goals!!
Last year wwas my best year of training and nutrition. But this year is going to be way better. Out of 12 monthes last year I ate and trained the way I wanted for about 8 of the monthes. That is not good enough. Even though it was my best year it still sucked in my opinion. This year it is going to be 12 for 12. I will have way better consistancy becuase, frankly, I want it more now than ever. The last 2 monthes of this year were the worst of the year. I got really sick for about 3 weeks and had to work a lot of overtime which left me unmotivated and my training and diet fell apart. Michael Phelps says that for every day you skip training it takes 2 days to get back to were you were. That means I have a lot of work to do. I will be suppplementing this time with some new things which I am excited about. Also I want to drink more water than ever as well. I struggle with this because I just don’t think about it throughout the day. Not this year. I will have a water bottle attached to my hip. I ope everyone will accomplish their goals because I will and it will feel great.
