Best workout in weeks!!!!

I had the best workout in weeks today. I started a new job a while back and with my other job I’m working like 60 hrs a week. I am tired all the time lately and its been tough staying consistant. Then thanksgiving came and I got in a car accident. Lost of drama. So today I hit the gym with a determined focus. I did pullups, plate raises, upright press, weighted dips and shrugs. I did some abb work and used the indo board. Then I hopped on the treadmill and busted out a 8 min mile. It felt great. Good luck to all and stay focused.
