New job (Whole Foods) is killing my workouts….
Since the real estate market has been slow I decided to get a 3rd job. My fiance is gonna be going to med school next year and we need to save more money. I work at Whole Foods now. Its great because it has a lot of healthy food and I get a 20% discount, 401k, Paid Vacation, etc. The only problem, My shifts start at 4am!!! That means I have to be up at 3am! Its really hard because when I get home at 1pm i’m so drained. Not very much energy and I want to sleep. I also work at a restraunt but oly 2 days a week now. The days I work both jobs it is really hard to get to the gym because I have 3 hrs between jobs. When I get off the restraunt its almost 10pm and I have to be up at 3am. So I get no rest and rest is so important when I train. So those 2 days i haven’t been working out. The other days I have time but my energy is depleted. I took a week off of training last week because I was so exhausted. I started up again this week and actually felt a little stronger. I think training 7 weeks really hard plus working was killing me. I had a good workout today and will keep it up but things have gotten even tougher. No sacrafice, no victory.
