Lowered my bodyfat % again!
Since I started really putting in time and effort about 7 weeks ago I have seen a lot of changes. I’m way stonger and leaner. My BF % went up while i was putting on some size and then I got sick for like 3 days and it went up to 19%! 19%! Horrible…but i’ve battled back and in 3 weeks brought it down to 15%. Right now the goal is 10% and I want to get my abs showing. I have a line in the middle near the top and i’m starting to develope definition in my lower obliques but I still have a little tire down there. I don’t cheat on my diet and I’m working hard so success will come. I’m going to put up a new photo and edit my stats today a little later. I hope everyone is working as hard as I am to achieve exactly what they want.
