I hate eggs now….
I have been training really hard for 5 weeks and am in my 6th week right now. I have been having an egg and 3 eggwhites with whole wheat toat every morning and I can’t take it anymore. Plain toast sucks too. It just isn’t something I look forward to at all when I get up in the morning. If anyone has any suggestions for something else I can eat in the morning please let me know. On a positive note my training is going real good. I developed a play list for my Ipod that fuels my workout and makes me push it harder than ever. My body is definately starting to allow me to push it which is a great feeling. Right now abs and chest are the things I want to see the most progress on. I’ll take some new photos today if I have time. Progress pics really do help me be motivated. Good luck with training everybody.

oatmeal, lol…. Do you use the "I can’t believe it’s not butter" spray on your toast. Amazing how the little things help. I actually like the whole wheat pita pockets. Rather than use the egg yolk I cook up a piece of turkey bacon or two and chop it up and cook it in my egg whites. Put it all in the pita pocket and eat that. Just a suggestion. You may not be able to have the turkey bacon on your plan, I don’t know.

I switch up what I eat in the mornings. I have about 4 basic things I turn to though
1) Oatmeal
2) FiberOne
3) Eggs
4) Protein Shake with 2 tbs Natural Peanut Butter
Sure, keeps the burn out from happening
