Ready to tear it up today!
I’m pumped today. I feel rested and ready to train like a beast. I get to do shoulders which is definately my favorite. I also get to go take my bodyfat % again today. Last wensday I was 17.3% and i definately feel like I lowered it. I have been running almost everyday in addition to my lifting. I don’t run a lot, just 10 min after I lift. I run on a treadmill unfortunately. I’m more of a run outside on trails in nature guy. I think its fun to have hills, slopes, bends and turns. Jumping over stuff ducking under branches is fun and is definately the experience of trail running. I’m from Santa Cruz, Ca and there is a lot of that type of stuff there, but now I live in Long Beach, Ca and its a city with basically no nature. Kind of a bummer actually. So i’m stuck with the treadmill but I’ve developed a system to keep it somewhat interesting. Every 2 days I up the MPH up 0.1. Its a good way to make it harder over time and not really feel it.
