One more day….
Today was a great workout. I hit everything pretty hard and was able to do a little extra since I took off yesterday. I have been training about 5-6 days out of the week for the last 3 weeks and sometimes I really need that day of rest. Yesterday my legs were very sore from the squats I did. It is that really deep soreness that feels like its by the bone. Good shit! I have lost a lot of fat and gained some size recently and it has me pumped. Tomorrow will be the new progress pic day. I am going to try and putĀ up a new pic every Friday to moniter my progress. Train hard everyone.
