3rd week so far great
This is my 3rd week of a strick diet and making it to the gym at least 5 out of 7 days. I’ve been runningĀ more than ever which is amazing because I hate running. I am more focused than ever and more determined than ever. I have so much energy now I feel like I could work out twice per day but I don’t want to over do it.
