Football starts tomorrrow! That means extra work
My favorite sport is football. I love it. I have a great TV and the NFL Sunday ticket. My routine is going to church early in the morning then watching football the whole rest of the day. I ussually have some friends over but I don’t drink. I have basically cut out all alcohol so it won’t be hard for me. Too many empty calories! One thing that is tough though is that I love to eat when I’m watching the games. Since I’m carb loading right now its ok but I still have to watch the fat. I’m going to do some extra work today just to be safe because I’m not gonna work out tomorrow. 5/7 days is enough for me.
