Carb loading
I ahven’t posted in a while because life has been super busy this summer. I got engaged, got a new job, and got 2 new pets. I’m getting pretty serious about my training now. I’m working out 5-6 days per week and I just finished my 1st week carb loading. Its tuff because by my 5th day i’m really craving carbs. That first day getting to eat as many carbs as I want was awesome. This diet makes you really appreciative of how good carbs taste. I do get to eat carbs during the week its just not as much as I used to eat. Great workout today and I feel awesome.
