I didn’t want to work out but I did
Sunday, August 31st, 2008I was really tired today. Its is my first day off work in a while and I really wanted to be lazy. My gym is closed for the holiday weekend and I already worked out 4 times this week. I had all this excuses but I still got my butt to the track. I brought some resistance bands and did a few circuits and then I ran. I didn’t have much energy but I ran for a while anyway. I feel better now but I think i deserve a nap. Belly is shrinking a little bit. In a couple weeks if I stick with the diet and the training I’ll be there.
