I’ve been having a tuff year training wise. I was working out 5 out of 7 days a week for 3 weeks and I felt great. I was getting bigger and leaning out. I even was starting to get comments from the people I see at the gym that I was starting to get big but then I got sick. There is this really nasty cold/flu that is going around Long Beach. I have been sick for 2 weeks now. I don’t have health insurance so I haven’t been to the doctor to get anti-biotics. Even now I’m not at 100%. It really sucks because I lost all the mass I gained and I gained back some fat. I had no appetite and had to force myself to eat. It’s really shitty working really hard and then have to start over. Well, its time to start over, wish me luck.
