Its friday and I’m totally feeling my run yesterday. I ran so hard I was heaving when I finished. I didn’t throw up though and I’m glad because I hate that. I have not missed a workout yet this week and I’m very happy. My Diet has also been good which is ussually the hardest part. I’m off to the gym after I finish my eggs and oatmeal. I’m gonna do shoulders and back today.
