Going Running
Its thursday and I’ve been on my new workout plan for 4 days. I haven’t missed a running day yet and today I really don’t want to run. Even though I feel this way I’m going to make sure I do it. I have a hard time staying consistant but I’m trying to attack each workout as it comes. One by One. By doing this it doesn’t seem like so much of a daunting task. Well, I’m off to do cardio.
