Getting it done.

Monday, October 29th, 2007

Today was a great day at the gym. I just got back into it last thursday after my grandfather’s funeral and I’ve been eating great and working out everyday. Today at the gym I had no time limit and didn’t feel rushed. I was there for about 90 minutes and every exercise had maximum effort. It felt great and I was pumped up. On days like this I feel good all day.

My grandfather died and I had to leave town to visit my family and go to the funeral. I spent a lot of hours meeting with relatives and I didn’t get to eat much. I feel horrible and need to get back into the routine

Its sunday and that is football day for me. I spend almost the whole day watching it because I have the NFL sunday ticket. I never make it to the gym on these days but I am determined to do so today. My team is the 49ers and they play at 1pm. After the game I HAVE to go and lift.

Saturday, October 6th, 2007

I’m so sore today. My legs hurt if I touch them against anything! The great part about it is that I like being sore. It tells me that I worked hard. Today is my free day and I’m looking forward to it. I can tell I’m getting stonger because I was able to add 2 pullups to my max. Tomorrow I start the week all over again. I must stay motivated.

Its friday and I’m totally feeling my run yesterday. I ran so hard I was heaving when I finished. I didn’t throw up though and I’m glad because I hate that. I have not missed a workout yet this week and I’m very happy. My Diet has also been good which is ussually the hardest part. I’m off to the gym after I finish my eggs and oatmeal. I’m gonna do shoulders and back today.

Going Running

Thursday, October 4th, 2007

Its thursday and I’ve been on my new workout plan for 4 days. I haven’t missed a running day yet and today I really don’t want to run. Even though I feel this way I’m going to make sure I do it. I have a hard time staying consistant but I’m trying to attack each workout as it comes. One by One. By doing this it doesn’t seem like so much of a daunting task. Well, I’m off to do cardio.
