I cannot have a cheat meal at any time. Many people say that each week you can have one cheat meal so that you don’t go crazy, well I can’t. Every time I have one I feel horrible after. I feel bloated tired and lazy. Now that I am coming real close to accomplishing my goals I am more in tune with my body than ever before. I can feel everything I am puting in my body and I can see differences in body after certain meals(mostly slow-carb containing meals). The farther away I get from cheat meals the less and less I feel I want them anyway. Its been 2 weeks since I had anything "bad". Loving every minute of my training and I wish I could get pay’d to do this. Doing this for a job would make me so happy. I guess I just have to keep working on making that a reality. Good luck everyone and god bless.

I must have been retaining a lot of water yesterday when I weighed myself because when i weighed myself this morning I was 6-7 lbs lighter than yesterday. Interesting, but I feel fantastic. I am probable only 2 weeks away from accomplishing a 3 year goal: ABS THAT SHOW. Sweet

Have you ever given something 100%? Really? Its very hard to do anything 100%. Lots of us give 80-90% and we see some results and we are happy with that, but if anyone wants to be really commited it takes more. If you honestly give 100% you will experience something amazing. What you will experience is success. That extra 10-20% to get your effort to a full 100% makes all the difference. This doesn’t just apply to training and fitness, it applies to llife in general. Speaking of training though I have finally gotten to my 100% effort. The key is to make it your lifestyle to give it 100% and not cut any corners, miss any meals, miss any supplements, or eat anything unclean. It has finally gotten to that point that my diet and trainig are my lifestyle and its become easier to give my all. Good luck and god bless everyone.

My abs are starting to show for the 1st time since my freshman year of college. It is freakin awesome. I have been eating clean and I added interval cardio to my weekly work outs. It is paying off. If I had to guess, with my current progress, I’ll have a visable 6 pack in 2 weeks! Good luck and god bless.

I’m interval training on my cardio days currently. It feels great. I get that sweat that pours down my face and my heart is racing. I get on the treadmill and run for 1 min at level ten. Then I run for 2 min at 6.5. After that a 1 min rest. I keep repeating this untill I can run no more. I ussually get about 7-8 sets in but I just started this, so my goal is to get up to 10 by the end of the month. Good luck and god bless.

Things have been a little tough this month financially. I work in the restraunt business and lots of people just aren’t going out as much. That means less tips for me. My wife is a Physical Therapy student and she doesn’t have the time to work very much so its basically all on me. I don’t mind but with the work being slow and her not working much we have to trim our budget. That means no more NO before I work out. Bummer because I love the energy and focus it gives me. Oh well.
I feel great currently because my consistancy in right on. Loaded up on the carbs this weekened like I always do and that is always fun because I don’t eat that many carbs throughout the week. Every time I load the carbs I feel thicker on Monday. Muscle density is really important to me so i’m stoked. Trying to drop my bodyfat % while I put on muscle and its actually working. Good stuff. My goal is lose 3% or more BF per month till I get to 9-10%. Hope all is well with everyone, good luck and god bless.

I missed two weeks because of a really bad cold. It put me out. I’m back at 100% and it feels great. I kicked up the intensity of my workouts to try and make up for lost time. Missing that time made me crave the gym and my focus is accute right now. Its really good stuff when sweat is dripping of my face. Good luck and god bless everybody.
