Hit the gym good today. Did chest and then did some sprints on 4% incline. It kicked my ass. I totally felt like puking after but that just meant I pushed myself as hard as I wanted too. Ussually that feeling leaves after a minute or so. I satrt my new training on Monday. SteveP is helping me out. I’m very excited.

Lower belly fat!

So i’m sick of this little bit of lower belly fat I have left. The top four abs are showing but I can’t seem to get that last little bit to go away. I only eat slow digesting carbs early in the day. I have a sweet potato with eggwhites for breakfast. Then I have a cup of raw oatmeal in my protein shake before I go to the gym. After the gym the only carbs I ingest are fruit and veggies. I used to only do cardio 3 times per week but i’ve kicked it up to 5 times. Is there anything else I can do or should I just be patient and keep working hard?

I had a great workout today. I felt focused, had great form and a great pump. I am getting more muscle endurance for sure which is great. I felt a little pain in my left knee while I was running so I didn’t do much cardio. Only about a half mile. But I can’t force myself to go through knee pain. Anyway, good stuff today. Weather impacts training…

I only have four more days at my current 2nd job! I’m very excited. When i’m done i’ll have worked 42/45 days and including 9 doubles. I am very happy that soon I will have more time to train and start towards my new career. It has been hot in here in Long Beach, Ca. It was 96 degrees yesterday, 92 the day before, and today its 10 am and its in the high 80’s already. When its hot outside it makes me want to train harder, longer and more frequently. When its hot I just want to go to the beach or the lake. Being out by the water relaxing is my idea of a great day. The best part about being in the sun is getting color. I am italian so I can tan good, but during the winter I get white. Nothing is better than being in shape and tan during hot months. My wife is the same. She loves hot weather. I’m gonna leave soon today and go train. Good luck and God bless everyone.

I only want 3 things….

I only want 3 things in my life right now and I’m going to list them by importance.  1st is my realtionship with God. I am a Christian and it is the most important thing with me. It is tough because I make a lot of mistakes in my life. I struggle with certain things. I really need to step up in this department because everything else will fall into place. 2nd is my relationship with my wife and my family. Now that i’m getting out of my 2nd job that was taking all my time I will be able to do more things around the house and help support her mentally during school because she is having a tough time right now. 3rd is my physical health. I love being healthy. It is so im important to me. When I feel healthy I feel good. When I feel good I’m on top of the world and I can do anything. I used to be a really thin guy. Now I am not thin but I’m not as big as want to be. I also have too high of a bodyfat percentage. I find that when I’m stressed out and tired from working 60/hrs per week I slip on my diet. I want to be perfect when it comes to my diet but I go through phases. I’ll be perfect for 6 weeks and then something will happen and I’ll be super stressed and worn out and I’ll do bad for like a week. That week will totally set me back and i’ll feel horrible and depressed. Its frustrating. Fortunately I won’t have to work that other job anymore. They did not work with my schedule and my other job and they were wearing me out. I worked 31 out of 33 days up until yesterday. Thats way too much. I want too be fit and I definatley want to cut my bodyfat % 10%. Wish me success everybody. I really want this and the only one who can do this for me is myself. I’m not feeling it because…..

I’m not feelin it today because I have to work a double. I still will go train though. I’m just writing this to get my butt there right now.  Need the motivation so I come to bodyspace. Ussually it works right away, but not today. I just want to sleep but I’m gonna change right now. Good luck an God bless everyone

Started some creatine today

So I bought some Cellmass by BSN. I put on some lbs of fat when I went on my bulking cycle. Out of the 20lbs I gained I think 6-7lbs of it were fat. I am currently eating more clean and upping my cardio by doing more dynamic exercises and keeping my heart rate up. I am hoping the creatine will help me keep the muscle I gained while I’m trying to lean out. Working on getting certified as a personal trainer. I am very excited about starting my new career. Consistancy rocks.

I have been on a consistant diet now for a while and it rocks! At first I didn’t notice much difference in my appearance. I am doing a little more cardio now and my body is making changes and now they are coming faster than ever. I feel that staying on this current course i will reach my goals.
