Meal 2 Brown rice, veggies, beans
Meal 3 Sweet potato, peanut butter
Meal 4 Brown rice, veggies, beans
Meal 5 Banana, peanut butter
Meal 6 Oatmeal, Mixed nuts and seeds
Meal 7 Post workout shake
Meal 8 Brown rice, veggies, beans
Meal 9 Oatmeal or Eggs
NO CHEATING, ONLY DRINK WATER

Wow. That seems pretty carbohydrate-centric to me. Is that by design?

Yes actually, The more I study nutrition the more I learn. I believe we are naturally designed to run on carbs. The protein craze has blown things way out of proportion. Find out what all that extra protein does to your liver before jumpin on the protein bandwagon. Without carbs you will be tired no matter how much you eat. I found the more energy I have the more I can lift. I also eat eggs every now and then, I forgot to add that to my meal plan.
