Hi,

Ok here’s the deal. I lost 50 pounds by starving myself and went from a fat dude to a smaller fat dude. Then started training off and on, more off than on. Now I train at least five days a week and cant live without it! The hardest part for me is eating right so I’m going to blog at least once a week with what I’m eating and hope for some feed back. This week I plan on waking up at 11:00-11:30 eating a 1/4 pound of chicken or lean beef on a whole wheat tortilla with some salsa and fat free sour cream, 3:00 eating the same thing, 4:00-5:30 train with a protein shake right after, 7:00 eat dinner with family, for dinner i just plan on cooking super clean to avoid temptation, 10:00 eat leftovers from dinner or a can of tuna and a banana, I work from 10:30-3:30, 4:00 eat two 1/4 pound turkey burgers with tomato, onion,mustard,and a small amount of ketchup (no bun), 5:00 sleep.
