			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>First workout after a 5 day vaca to Florida! I did not want to go- but I knew once I got going- I was going to be FINE! I started with 30 minute cardio on the treadmill- then worked hard on upper body- for about 45 minutes. Didn&#8217;t have to much time today- so I did what I could!</p>
<p>In other news, I caught my &quot;sweet potato&quot; on fire at work in the microwave today. Oh yeah, that was fun. Everyone laughed. Which I am fine with. Next thing I knew, there were posts up all over the station &quot;Attention Liz, and then &quot;how to cook a baked potato in the microwave&quot; instructions underneath.&quot; Nice.<br />
Other than that- diet went alright today beside the bag of skittles- late night granola bar and chocolate milk- yeah- I am going to start my period here in about 4 days. no excuse. but it&#8217;s mine tonight. Tomorrow is a new day.<br />

I feel like a slob though from vacation&#8230; I don&#8217;t even feel like working out right now, but I know once I get in there and get going, I will want nothing more than to keep moving!</p>
<p>So here&#8217;s to vacations and getting back on track right away!</p>
