Just got back from a five day vaca. to Floridaaaaaaaa. I wouldn’t say my diet was HORRIBLE… but then again, compared to the way I eat on a normal basis… then yes. It was. It’s day one that I am back… I started my goal to transform my body about two weeks before I left.. So here I am. I feel like a slob though from vacation… I don’t even feel like working out right now, but I know once I get in there and get going, I will want nothing more than to keep moving!
So here’s to vacations and getting back on track right away!
To the gym, then to work.
