Hmmm not sure what is wrong with me…. I just had strawberries dipped in sugar? I guess it’s better than that Tim Horton’s Iced Capp I wanted to get on my way home from work.
Tomorrow is a new day…
I know what I have to do…
I guess I just have to want it more… I keep justifying it in my head saying- well I am working out hard– why not?

First workout after a 5 day vaca to Florida! I did not want to go- but I knew once I got going- I was going to be FINE! I started with 30 minute cardio on the treadmill- then worked hard on upper body- for about 45 minutes. Didn’t have to much time today- so I did what I could!
In other news, I caught my "sweet potato" on fire at work in the microwave today. Oh yeah, that was fun. Everyone laughed. Which I am fine with. Next thing I knew, there were posts up all over the station "Attention Liz, and then "how to cook a baked potato in the microwave" instructions underneath." Nice.
Other than that- diet went alright today beside the bag of skittles- late night granola bar and chocolate milk- yeah- I am going to start my period here in about 4 days. no excuse. but it’s mine tonight. Tomorrow is a new day.

Just got back from a five day vaca. to Floridaaaaaaaa. I wouldn’t say my diet was HORRIBLE… but then again, compared to the way I eat on a normal basis… then yes. It was. It’s day one that I am back… I started my goal to transform my body about two weeks before I left.. So here I am. I feel like a slob though from vacation… I don’t even feel like working out right now, but I know once I get in there and get going, I will want nothing more than to keep moving!
So here’s to vacations and getting back on track right away!
To the gym, then to work.
