how big were the handfuls? what was better...the lion, the sheep, the zebra, or the hippo??? did you bite their heads off to take out your frustration with the fact that you were eating them? I know, I'm a little strange....=)

Awsome Book!!!!
I used a lot of his exercises in the past and still do to this day. I was going through the book over the weekend and switched up some routines in my chest and arm workouts. Can't go wrong with that resource!

hey brother, i never deadlifted until i got out here. trust me, after my first failed experiment and my back healing, i asked for help. humbling? yes. right thing to do? absolutely! once you've got the form down, the weight comes fast! from 135 to 385 in a couple months.

form over force! have a great one!

Deadlift has several mental checks you need to make before doing them correctly. FOr starters, always grip the bar the same place, focus on pushing your feet through the floor mentally, and keep the bar as close to your body all the way through the motion. As far as helping keep your back straight throughout the movement, keep your head up towards the motion you are pulling the bar. Like Shay Williams told you, form is key, never sacrifice ego and weight when doing this lift.

Be carefull with the deadlift and take it slow. I pulled a Hernia a few months back on the exercise. Make sure you watch some videos and wear a belt.

Yeah! free weight squats are difficult to master at first. If your heels are coming off the floor work on your hamstring flexability this will also strengthen your knees. Tight hams usually always equal tight shaky knees. Rember to keep your body tight when you squat, your lower back and abs will play a huge role in your squat. Just don't give up! Start small and you will work your way up.
