Back in the gym….

The week off was great I felt refreshed after the week was over. When I got back in the gym It did feel a little awkward. I felt like I had lost my balance and strength. Never the less I continued training like I had never taken any time off from the gym. After I got through that week I was golden again. I was feeling so good I started to max out the weight again.

I changed my diet up changed my work outs and could see the size coming on. I was like damn I’m looking good until. You may have already guessed, I hurt my shoulder the other night, the other shoulder this time. It was stupid really I felt so good that I was showing off, did 2 sets of pull ups 20 reps each thinking I was hot stuff. Yeah thats what did it, 2 days later shoulder was killing me.

The shoulder only hurts when I turn my arm a certain way so I just keep the arms in close to me and do what I can. I would take some time off so it could heal but my other shoulder still hurts. So I figured it’s just something I have to get used to. Tonight I did chest and I was able to finish all my sets with every last rep to failure.  Call me crazy but  I can’t give up now, I’ve come to far to throw the tale in now.

Monday and Tuesday are really the first two days I have officially been away from the gym but I did not go last week on Friday. Feels like it’s been a week and I’m so bored. I feel like I don’t know what to do with my self. 3 more days plus the weekend so thats 5 more days ahhhhhhhh. I don’t think I can do it anymore, haha. I feel much better though now that I have let my body rest a bit. When I get back int he gym I’m going to work my self so hard that I will probably have to take another week off.

Ok so today was a crap day at the office. I figured hey I have biceps at the gym today and that’s always a fun day. Well was not any fun at all. I hurt still from last week and I had no energy of any find, I even loaded up on N.O. Xplode. Well I’m going to take next week off I think and see if I can get my body to recover. This is going to suck for me I have never missed a day yet. Anyway I’ll keep you posted night y’all!

If you reed my last blog then you already understand. I said I was going to take some time off from the gym, well I lied. I couldn’t just sit around at home  I was having withdrawals so I gave in and went to the gym. I know I hurt and all but it was so worth it I could not do as many sets or reps but the pumps were just as good as always. Ahhhhh yeah I’m freak, if I were a rat I’d be the one that invests the local gym haha.

Alright last week was awesome, I had the best workout’s. The down side is I have still not recovered from it! It’s now Monday and my Delts, Tri’s, bi’s, and quads are so sore. I have done everything I can think of to promote muscle recovery from BCAA caps protein shakes before I go to bed and BSN’s Cellmass. I have even been sleeping for 9 hours at night instead of 8. I wonder if I should take this next week off and allow my muscle to fully repair before I try pushing them to the limit again?

Not really sure were the weight is going. Do you think it could be going all to my head, lol. I seen this guy I know from are local wine and spirits  store at my gym the other night - he goes not drinking ne more still "I said nah kinda feel off the wagon but am back on now" he goes that good man "I then said well I have put on 24 pounds from that day I said I was quitting" - he paused, dude you were 24 pound liter then right now "Um yeah" geez good thing you stopped drinking. I’m like wtf can no one tell I have put on size, I mean all this hard work for people to say does not look like you have changed. If I didn’t like the way I feel after working out and the health benefits I would have given up by now. The only thing to do is suck it up and continue what I’m doing and hope for the best!

Alright my main motivation for weight training was because I was very skinny. I wanted to change my body so I would no longer have to be ridiculed because I’m not fat like everyone else! Just when I thought I was doing well I had someone at work say to me hey I thought you were weight training and I replied yeah I am and it’s going great too. There response was you should lay off the cardio cause you are starting to look like Paris Hilton your so skinny. Two words came to mind that I screamed at the top of my lungs "F**K U" Then a after thought came to mind that followed "Biotch" needless to say I was pissed. So I held it all in and walked away. I have gained 22 pounds from the first day I started and have built up some nice looking arms for my body size - at least I think so anyway.

Has anyone else had an experience like this before, and how do you keep up your motivation in a situation like that? Oh yeah and come to think about it I have another person at my work who has tried to convince me that I’m damaging my body from lifting weights and I’m also depriving my self of nutrition because I won’t eat bad fats i.e. saturated fats.

From what I have read I understand that the body does not need saturated fat to burn for energy if you eat enough complex carbs. If any of what this co-worker of mine is saying’s true then why do I feel so much better now that I’m eating better? idk any advice and/or comments wood be great!

So I did 4 set’s of squats, 4 set’s of Straight leg dead lifts, and 4 set’s of leg presses tonight with out puking. I was not breathing before, lol I was holding my breath. I felt so good tonight I went from 300 lbs to 400 lbs on my leg presses on my 3rd. and 4th. set’s. Thanks for the comments on my last blog everyone that helped out big time! I have a dead ache from hell but other then that I’m cool. This was the most kick ass leg work out I’ve done in a long time! Now I’m off to take something for my head, lol.

Puking

Now that I have your attention hehe, seriously though even time I do dead lifts or squats I get nauseated. I hurry through the rest of my work out as quick as I can to I can get the hell outta the gym before I puke. That would be so embarrassing
"hey check out the little guy with all the weight he is lifting" - then barf all over the place. (Yeah that would suck) Does anyone else have this problem? When I get home about 30 min later I run to the bathroom and see my breakfast for the second time! Hope I didn’t gross any one out with this but any comments or remades would be awesome.
