So, yesterday was my best running day yet. I ran for 25 minutes without stopping! It was amazing. Before this, I would jog for 4 minutes and walk 1 for a total of 30 minutes. I had a really bad run last week and decided to take a few days off. So when I got up yesterday to go run, I decided to go for as long as I could.

I am so proud of myself, it feels amazing.. well not during, but when I finished

So after the 25 min, I walked 5 min and continued another 10.

Sunday was Mother’s Day, and I did nothing really all day and I ate a LOT of carbs. Muffin, banana bread, croissant (my fav!), so maybe it was all the carbs I ate the day before, I don’t know. But when I decided to run, I didn’t eat breakfast that morning either, because I was still so full from the night before. So maybe it was the carbs that helped, or maybe it is just my progress. Either way, I have NEVER run like that before.
