This week i started a new diet of vegies and tuna, so far so good. My energy levels are still normal but will keep you posted at the end of the week but hopefully all will be good.
I’m doing this because I really want to get rid of alot of my body fat, I can never seem to get past a certain amount, my goal is to get down to 10% and at the moment i am 25% so i have a long way to go. This is a 20 Week Plan.
I will have vegies and tuna for breakfast and then do an hour of cardio then i will have some more vegies and tuna for lunch with a pre workout drink (super pump) and then do an hour of weights, Then have some more vegies and tuna for dinner. I will repeat this every day for 20 weeks.
