					<description>Your diet and exercise routine sounds similar to mine. But your exercise seems to be a little more intense. Its good to see that our routines are similar. It give me even more confidence in my trainer. :) She kicks my butt every time! ;) Seeing that you lost 60 lbs in 6 months really justifies my belief that I can and will also lose at least 10lbs per month. So far. I'm averaging 3.3 lbs per week. I'm down 14lbs since Jan. 14th (today is March 1st).  I am so excited and thanks to you and your story, you've given me even more of a reason to be excited! THANK YOU LISA!!!</description>
