Lionology: The study of Enrique De Leon

It's funny how this name came about. I was at a friend's house to watch the Fourth of July fireworks and suddenly the name "lionology" popped into my head. I was trying to think of a good name for a blogging website I wanted to develop. I had 'lionmuscle' as my main domain but I didn't think it was original. I wanted something that was unique and different and could be identified with myself.

My last name is De Leon (which means "of the lion". So I wanted something to do with lions. Plus, lions are pretty alpha. Lion Muscle was good, but not good enough. As I watched the fireworks, lionology popped into my head. "Lionology?" I thought to myself. What's "lionology"? Does anyone have that username registered? I decided to check if this name was available for gmail. Surprisingly enough, it was. I registered it but quickly forgot about it. Later during the summer, I decided to register 'Lionology' with Bodybuilding.com. Again, after registering it I forgot about it.

I wanted to register 'Lionology.com' but it was taken. I didn't want .net so I didn't register anything at all and decided to hold out. I'm still holding out at this very moment as I type this. What's so special of Lionology? Well, for starters, -ology means "the study of...". But is it the study of lions? No. It's the study of myself. Yes, the study of Enrique De Leon. So, why "Live, Love, Lift"? Because that's what my life consist of. Those 3 basic "L's". I live for today, I love everything God has given me, and I'm passionate about lifting.

It was difficult at first to mold Lionology with myself but overtime the name has grown on me and now I feel I'm ready to identify myself as Lionology. Yes, I have a real name but on the internet it's fun to have an alias or an alter ego. After all, I don't want all my real information up for grabs. We gotta be private and careful on the internet.

Today's workout was straight up BEAST! GlycerGrow is my favorite cosmetic/placebo. I feel amazing with this product. When I go hard, GlycerGrow goes hard for me. My chest was nuked and when I would squeeze it in the mirror it felt like a monster. Next up, I blitzed bi's and tri's and get the **** outta here. This game is over. Biceps ready to explode and triceps so blown I couldn't see them in the mirror anymore. Definitely a BIBLICAL BEASTING in the gym today. No one OUTWORKED me today! 

Finally order Trutein! I've been wanting to order this protein since March 2011. It's crazy that I'm just about to try it. Talk about waiting too long but I hope it's worth the wait. 

Another company I've been looking at recently is Nimbus Nutrition. They seem to be legit and on top of things. Their formulas are up to date with the latest research out there. I decided to pick up Performance Post Workout Lean Muscle Gainer. I hope it produces.
