My Leg Day…
December 18, 2008So its my favourite day of the week - leg day! I never do the same routine twice so im gonna post pretty much what i feel my workout will be today
Leg extension - 2 Sets (warmup)
Squats - 4 Sets (reps 8 - 20)
Stiff Leg Dead Lift - 3 sets (Reps 6 - 14)
Leg Press - 3 sets (1 set warm up first) (Reps 8 - 14)
Seated Hamstring Curls - 3 Sets (Reps 6 - 10)
DB Lunges - 2 Sets (Reps 10 - 14)
Leg Extension - 2 Drops sets (reps 10 - 50)
Seated Calf Raise - 2 Sets (Reps 15 - 20)
Leg Press Calf Raise - 2 Sets (Reps 15 - 20)
I Vary the speed of the reps on exercises all the time just to mix it up. Anyone else training legs today???
