Hey everyone, the show I wanna do is in July next year, not sure of the date yet.
I’m gonna post here with my diet, training, new pics etc, and just tell y’all how I’m doing.
I’m currently 195lbs at 5"9. My plans are to clean bulk, with a little cardio so I slowly lose some fat. The diet consists of roughly 250g protein, 250g carbs and 60g fats, making it roughly 2500kcals. I will do cardio, either HIIT or low intensity 3 times a week. My training split is something like this…
Monday - Delts
Tuesday - Arms
Wednesday - Legs
Thursday - Back
Friday - Chest
