3 weeks into my cut!

Hey there i figured i’d update my blog. Anyways i started my cut and its going awsome. I’m using a celluor product as a fat burner its doing wonders. really helped me take some fat off.

Started doing cardio in the morning for 40 mins and cardio around the evening for abit the same time. Low intensity. Seems to be going good. I’m at about 12% bf right now and my goal is 9% wanna get thoughs abs visable. I’m aiming for 150lb i weight at 163ish atm. When i hit 150 i’m going to start a fresh Clean bulk the right way all the way to 200! wish me luck!

April 10th 2009- update on bulk.

Well its been awhile since i’v updated. i finally hit 180. After one hell of a time getting from 170 to 180. I’m not sure i’ll hit 200  by june But i

ill try for 185 or 190. Thanks  to all you who gave me courage and hope from getting from 140 to 180 its been along road but im so glad i did it.

If a skinny kid who plays warcraft like me can do it! you can to!

Update on bulking

November 25

Well its been awhile since i wrote another blog entry, So here it goes. I finally reached 163ish 164 after getting sick and loosing abit i finally got the weight back. I’m actually finding bulking kinda easy now… I know its going to take some time but i love it. i should have some new pics up soon. I’m trying to set my goal to hit 170 by the end of january at this pace i think i can do it! Wish me luck!

Never let anyone get you down!

Like above, I’m sure sometime in your life someone has tried to put you down when it comes to bodybuilding. Today was one of thoughs days for me. I get home to tell my parents " Hey guess what i just hit 160lb today!" my mom replies happly while my dads like " Oh you dont have the jeans for this just stop" I simply replied " If everyone thought the way you did we’d have a world filled with abunch of quiters"

 Things may be hard but thats just part of the fun! The challenge! Never give up even if things seem to go slow keep going! Ask questions!

My father was in deniel because he was once a bodybuilder and he let not being able to gain weight easy get to him. Thats a mistake i wont make!!!!

 

 

The First couple months of my bulk

August: This is were i offically started my bulking from 145ish. I gotta say i was nervous beacause i wasnt sure if i was doing it right. I just started eating alot while taking my supplement which was a weight gainer.In the first three weeks i gained around 4ish pounds i know sounds unreal? but its true.

 

September: THIS is were i notice the big difference…my weight in every excercised must have went up by like 25 pounds…Honestly i went from dumbell bench pressing 65 lb to 90 lb which i did today(oct 14,2008). This was another good month i gained like 5 to 6 pounds i’m not joking!!!! I got stuck around 155 for abit in the month of september. But as it moved on i got to 157 by the end of the month.

October: THIS MONTH was crazy everythign boosted in weight i was soo shocked i mean i dont really see my self getting any bigger its werid but this month i weight at 159ish!
