switching up workout

I started doing back and bis on the same day. Also chest and tris on the same day. This really does take away from my bis and tris workout. Is this strategy better or worse? I had to split up my leg workout into two days thats why I had to do this.

not a bad strategy at all. when u did bis/tris on the same day u were working too small muscle groups so harder to get a hit intensity workout. with your current pairing u have a big muslce first(chest) which involves the tris so u will get a little warmup and pre-exaust for your triceps. same thing with back and bis. should work out well for u. happy workouts.
