Leg day!
I hate leg day but I feel so good afterward. I’m doin 135 on leg extensions, still stuck at 150 for squats, 30 lbs each arm on stationary lunges, still stuck at 230 for leg press, the leg curl machine is well embarrassing. Its not too bad its just the individual leg curl and its awkward. For Straight leg deadlifts i’m at 125 still. Legs…. I cannot get them to grow. They get a lilttle stronger each time I think but I can’t spur growth. I wish I was born with big legs. That would be fantastic. But oh well… life could be worse so I’m not going to complain. I hope everyone is doing well!
