Tired….

Today my body just hurts. I had legs on thursday, chest/ abs/calves yesterday and today I had shoulders and triceps. My chest is absolutly killing me. I thought I didn’t go all out yesterday but obviously I did somethin right. Shoulders sucked today because my chest hurt and i’m so exhausted. I havn’t been able to sleep very well recently. After I get off work I plan on puttin on sweatpants and layin down and watching movies. I hope everyone had a good Thanksgiving break!

Early start

For some crazy reason i signed up for the 5 a.m. shift this morning… BIG mistake. I was so tired when I got to work. I had chest and abs today. Since I work at a gym I am allowed to lift while i’m at work. This workout wasn’t as great as it could have been. I lifted at six this morning. I’m used to lifting at like 3 in the afternoon so my body was in shock. I did bench, db flys, incline bench, and incline flys. I feel like I half assed it but I went to failure each time. I’m sure its just cuz I was in a coma when I was doing it from lack of sleep. But I look back from about a month ago and I have improved on my weight in everything. So progress at least! I have an hour and a half left of work. I love this job, I get to be at the place I adore and I get to get on here! Well, better get goin… today my family and I are getting a Christmas tree!:)

Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! I started my day off great! I got up at about 7… ate and went to the gym:) Today was leg day. I have to admit I was dreading it. I started off with two sets of leg extensions with 120 lbs. Then I moved to the ever so lovely squats. Since I had a spotter today I did free weight squats. I did the bar plus two 45 pounders. Those are killers! Four sets of those. Moved to leg curls with 80lbs… then to leg press. I don’t remember some weights because I have a trainer for my leg days. Then we did single leg leg curls and then lunges with two 30lbs db. After that we moved back to the leg extension. I HATE this machine. I ripped em out with 60lbs then did two sets of negatives with 105lbs. What a great workout! I loved it! I hope everyone has a great thanksgiving!
