Diet troubles…

Friday, July 20th, 2007

So this whole eating every three hours deal… is harder than it appears! How do you people do it!? I’m still frustrated. I can’t seem to get over this if I eat more i’m going to gain fat. Which I have. I have gained a little muscle as well but not a lot. How can I naturally boost my muscle growth? HELP! Any diet suggestions anyone?!?

more questions…

My trainer tells me to keep eating. Still my main worry is that i’m going to put on a lot of fat around my waste which I have spent so many years trying to get off. Also how much cardio would you recommend each week? I’m a runner so I wanted to know how much I can run without screwing over my bodybuilding.Another factor is that I don’t have a huge appetite. I used to only eat two meals a day. Now I eat 6 or 7 small meals but its really hard for me to get it down sometimes. I feel sick after eating some meals. How do I fix that problem?

Question for all

Thursday, July 19th, 2007

I’m still in my teenage years. I’ve been working out for about seven years now. I got a personal trainer to help me put on muscle. I have a five day plan for the most part. Legs, shoulders, chest, back, all once a week and calves/biceps/triceps all twice a week. Abs every other day. He told me not to do cardio more than three times a week. But it seems if I don’t I gain fat around my waste and butt area quick. If i do to much cardio i won’t build the muscle. I want to become a bodybuilder really bad. Its my dream and I feel like i’m so close yet so far away. I weigh 117 I used to weigh 109 so i’m making progress but very very slowly. How to i pick up the progress and not gain fat along the way!? Someone please help!
