Diet troubles…
Friday, July 20th, 2007So this whole eating every three hours deal… is harder than it appears! How do you people do it!? I’m still frustrated. I can’t seem to get over this if I eat more i’m going to gain fat. Which I have. I have gained a little muscle as well but not a lot. How can I naturally boost my muscle growth? HELP! Any diet suggestions anyone?!?
