So I’ve been sick with a nasty cough for a month now and just decided to go to the Dr. (I know very bad and I should know better since I work as a nurse..). She put me on an antiobiotic today and told me I have bronchitis, possible pneumonia.. yikes! no wonder why I’ve had NO energy in the gym or work. Maybe now I won’t go into any coughing fits at the gym. Can’t wait to start full force when I am 100%

Ok turning a new leaf today. Halloween is over, I can put the alcohol away for anothertime (a long time). My last two weeks have been ‘lax after my competition. I took a week off from the gym and only went a few times last week and Halloween was crazy so it’s time to get my ass back in gear and tighten up.
After looking at some new workout programs online I decided I need to spice things up a bit. I’ve been wanting to try Crossfit training for some time now. Only thing that stinks is the closest Crossfit gym is like an hour away from me. So I’m just gonna do it at my gym and not care what others think or that I’m taking up too much space. I’d love to get Crossfitters around where I live together. This training looks exciting.
WOD: Michael- dedicated to a fallen solider in Iraq… How can you not do this for the boys? it’s the least you can do.
3 rounds for time of:
run 800 meters
50 back extensions
50 sit-ups
I’ll let you know how it goes.
