Hey, personally I have read eating junk one day or drinking alcohol can stall your progress AND I have also read example Body for Life and CARBohydrate Addicts diet-I think- where you can eat junk and still progress. I hear you on the kids...I ask mine &amp;amp;#38;amp; sometimes yes &amp;amp;#38;amp; sometimes..well..maybe &amp;amp;#38;amp; sometimes no...they see us everyday, so not the progress. Keep plugging along..I am sure that you are doing fine!</description>

					<description>I reached the same place you did.  I sort of had to really get hard on myself.  I did two things.  I picked up a new hobby, running, and I started training for mixed martial arts.  My first fight is in the end of July.  I have till then to get down to 140.  Or I will not be allowed to fight.  So far it's working.  I dropped a few pounds and I am hovering around 155.  Knowing I will be letting my coaches down and myself if I can't make weight is a HUGE push.</description>

					<description>Hey, don't get down on yourself. You look great! As a kid growing up in a single home I have the upmost respect for you and every mom that has to raise their kids alone-let alone 6! Nothing wrong with junk food- just keep it on the low side of consumption. Don't give up and don't get so down on yourself. Stay strong.</description>

					<description>Stay strong Linda! I know how it is to go through a transformation like yours and still not reach all your goals. Just look at what you have accomplished, you can't go back to the unhappy person you were so move forward one day at a time. Think positive :) I have 4 children and yes its very draining. I used to turn to comfort foods, but now find other things to entertain me. Internet, tanning by the pool, bowling, shopping, reading, things like that help :) I love the fact that i can keep up with my kids being that i'm more fit. I wouldn't trade it for anything! Its really a great feeling. Good luck to you!</description>
