Day 41 - Oh Happy Day!
I did it! I broke 150! I weighed 149.5 this morning and I couldn’t be happier. Now I’m going to sit down and review my numbers for yesterday (carbs, protein, fat, etc.) and see what I did and try to do it again. I even ate more yesterday than usual. Woo hoo!
