					<description>the best way to get over this kind of thing is to rest it out - not what people want to hear, but, when the immune system is already compromised it makes it easier for other bugs and viruses to penetrate the host.  when i get ill i wait for one extra day just to make sure.  your system can bebefit from this break a little also - you're nervous system gets a longer time to recooperate than it normally would.  

increase your water intake whilst you are ill to prevent dehydration due to increased temperature and try to take in at least 1g vitamin C on the morning and evening.

supplement with 1g vitamin C and at least 400iu vitamin E all year round and your chances of being ill will be reduced.
