Sickness..
Wednesday, November 7th, 2007I guess I started at the beginning of the flu/cold season but it doesnt help your motivation. So how do I get through a cold/flu and still work out? So how do you do it, is there magic potions to take or do you just tough it out?
Well it started Saturday and its now hopefully over. I was going to get up early this morning but alas the alarm clock took some abuse instead. So its back to the gym in the morning.
