Fellow bodyspace members i am starting my first mass gainer tomorow. I’m excited it came three days early so it suprised the crap out of me. I’m ready for this challenge of getting on a strict diet and workout schedule. This should be easier since i wont be sitting inside of a high school all day anymore!!! So i’m stoked and ready to tranform this 140lb frame of mine into a inspiration to someone. Help is still needed though i’m still pretty knew to this.

So, i serously decided to change my eating habits and i am cutting junk and fried foods. I know this isnt gona be easy but i love a challenge and one of my friends have decided to do this with me, so i have someone to yell at me and tell me NO when they need too.
So i went to my local walmart and bought food i got:
2 1lbs boags of Broccoli and cauliflower
Light Butter Spread
Uncrustables Peanut Butter Sandwiches
2 Cans of mandarin oranges
4 cans of canned light chunk tuna
Peanut butter
Terriyaki Rice (only because i had a big bag of white rice at home)
2lb bag of red potatoes
1 box Spinach and artichoke lean pockets
1lb of ground chicken (which suprised me to be only $2.43)
This is my first time doing this type of shopping and i know i didnt do that good so can anyone help me and tell me what else i should buy? And what i should buy?
