So i’ve finally broken 205 lb in weight . and Now ive decided to go ahead and get rid of the excess fat and try my best to trim down to about 190 but stay solid and ripped. Im doin sum cardio and really focusing of HIT training. Wish me luck

Today i’m hittin up the gym a lil earlier than usual with my bois from stillwater. Im def not used to hittin the gym up anywhere before 8 p.m but oh well it’ll make for a better day,and who knows i might even stick with it..

Overall im feeling really well. My back aches a tad bit but my buddy is a certified "back rubber" lol and he’s gunna hook me up with a deep tissue rub down tomorrow,so hopefully it will work itself out.
