Max!!!
Ok this whole week we are redoing our maxes in weight training and I am loving it!!!!!
Yesterday was squat, I went from 135-215.
Today we did bench, I went from 115- 135.
I am not too excited about tomorrow though because I am no good at power cleans at ALL!!! lol
I am still workin on form for that one…. BADDDDD.
NOW to work on getting it all cut up…

No worries. Power cleans (and hanging cleans too for that matter) are a lot of fun when you get the hang of it. You’ll love it when you feel yourself drop under the bar and catch it smoothly on your chest. You’ll be hooked after that. Keep up the good work.
