Ok this whole week we are redoing our maxes in weight training and I am loving it!!!!!

Yesterday was squat, I went from 135-215.

Today we did bench, I went from 115- 135.

I am not too excited about tomorrow though because I am no good at power cleans at ALL!!! lol

I am still workin on form for that one…. BADDDDD.

 

NOW to work on getting it all cut up…

taking these next two weeks and trying to make them the best workout and diet weeks ever… school starts August 1st and I REALLY wish and know that I can do this. my goal is to lose over 10 pounds… high expectations…yet achievable… :)

Man i cant seem to get motivated AT ALL!!!!!!! It is like I just feel like poop because I cant find the will power to diet right now. After Fit 4 Life I have just been eating however i want really. I need to find a way to get motivated again. Because this will NEVER work….

OOH MAN WHAT A NIGHT!!!

Last night was Battle at the River!!! I was so super excited before i went in…. :) THEN I WENT IN!!!! OMG I had so much fun. And I am definately going to do it!!!! I decided fitness was too soft and Bodybuilding was the best for me. I took alot of pictures! I will put them up later. But as of now i have to finish my grits and sweetener and go to work. :\ Catch you guys later!

UGHH!!!

ok, it is like 11:40 and i am so sick feeling.(like ate too much sick) Like you know how you diet for a long time and you get to your cheat meal and you are so so excited and you eat it then… EEW!!!! you feel like shit for doing it? well I believe that is the point i am at right now. Except I havent been dieting at all. Just watching what I am eating for right now. But I am to the point where I feel like I cant eat like this anymore if I want to get to where I want to be. I cant be lazy about this. I have to work hard to look hard. Know what  I mean? lol

 

well I am hardly "hard" But I want to be that one girl that alot of girls can look up to and say I want to be like her. That would be so neat! I am thinking I want to start my diet tomorrow (which is Battle at the River) That means I have a WHOLE YEAR to try to be the best I can be and do the best I can do for this next competition. I am not entering the competition this year. Just going to get the feel of it. But I am definately stoked!!!! :)
