I haven’t hit up the blog in a while but i have some good things going on . I have got more toned . I can actually feel my abs . I also increased my amount of pullups . Since for so long that was the hardest exercise for me . I went from doing basically none unassisted to doing 3 unassisted , in neutral of course . My back got bigger I’m a bit wider now . My arms are getting smaller pretty slow but it’s ok . Doing pushups aren’t really a challenge anymore as well.
My fitness levels are going thourgh the roof . Eventhough i still want to improve , i’m very proud to where i was and where I’m at fitness wise . And besides my body fat percentage is getting lower , I’m now at 18.6 % and proud of it .

Today is my day off from working out. So i figure i just talk about my success. Well i started my workout 2 months ago. So far i have decreased my body fat percentage by 4.2 % . I have a flatter stomach and other different things. My waist is smaller , My hips are smaller , and I’m slimming down . My back is getting bigger from the weight lifting but I knew that would happen.
I’ve been getting stronger and i haven’t even noticed . I all want my body to keep going in the direction it is and get mentally tougher.

the other day i was eating my protein bar. I usually eat one at least an hour before i workout, so when it comes time to workout something happened. I was energetic and pumped. I eat Clif protein bars with , 20g of protein. I was working out and I felt like i was on cloud nine. I did not want to lose that feeling , it was sooo amazing.

i workout for over and hour a day. The effects i see after my workout only lasts then. How do i get those effects that make me look as lean as i do when i exercise? Another thing is I have problems sleeping and i think it holds back my results. How do I get better sleep?
