Its been a great week!
Two weeks of stair climbing and alkaline eating have really slimmed me up. The food and drink gives me energy to spare. Topped off my week with a Zumba class last night. Hadn't gone in so long all the choreography was different and I was lost most of the time, which makes for a very high heart rate and lots of sweat!!!
Zumba is crazy. I highly suggest Kempo (if your gym provides it). It's essentially kicks, punches, jumps, and balancing. Keep up the good work.
Hi Schulem! Yes! I used to study Kempo when I was younger! I got lots of bruises!!! And yes Zumba is crazy- awesome! It burns crazy calories and its conveniently around the corner from me. I made a bunch of girlfriends there so we laugh and just have a great time! It actually cheered me up Thursday :)
