boy 5 pounds I s really good that is pound a week that's the way to do it so you not losing muscle. see I' reading alot  :) I have extra time  this week  keep up the good work and train for me will you I miss the gym  talk soon hazel~</description>

Please remember that this is a journey and one week may feel like the end of it, but it is such a short time in the course of all that you will do. You have so much potential and strength and amazing knowledge when it comes to this lifestyle... so put down the french fries, hold on to our hands and we will walk the road together. ANd when we fall down in the vat.... we'll just accept it and move on!!!! 
Let's go, Andrew, we have a backside to develop!!!! --- and all of us hormonal girls need you!!!!</description>
